GDPR

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights over the personal data that SPL Delta 3 holds about you.

• Right of access: obtain confirmation that data concerning you is being processed, and receive a copy of it.
• Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data when keeping it is no longer justified.
• Right to restriction: request the temporary freezing of processing that you contest.
• Right to object: object to processing based on the publisher's legitimate interest.
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a reusable format, or ask for it to be transferred to another organisation.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time, where the processing relies on it.

State in your request the right you wish to exercise and attach any information allowing us to identify you. A response will be provided within one month of receipt of the request; this period may be extended by two months if the request is complex, in which case you will be informed.
